CSKPHX09 may or may not be completely unrelated to the CSKPHX08 link between South Mountain and Chandler (about 10 miles south). It is interesting, however, that the names are so similar. Based upon the signal strength measured, this access point seems to be atop the Scottsdale Health Center building in downtown Scottsdale. Coverage is decidedly north of the building, which might be from the antenna's placement on the building or the use of an actual directional antenna.
